A. Sorry, no because we want to retire in the house; we want to keep it until then.

Q. What is your smoking policy?
A. This is a non-smoking property. Smoking is okay outside, of course.

Q. Who takes care of the yard?
A. You are responsible for cutting the grass. If you don't wish to cut the grass we can work something out. I take care of long-term maintenance like fertilizing, edging, hedging the bushes, etc.

Q. Is the Lake Park pool included in the rent?
A. No; a summer pool pass is paid to the Village of Lake Park.

Q. Does the back yard have a fence?
A. Sorry, no it does not. When we lived there we had our dog on a chain.

Q. Where are the bus stops for the schools?
A. The public school bus stops are less than 100 feet away!
